Visually it was very rustic and yet appealing. The flavour was next level. This is a definite redo and has set the bar to new expectations. It was served with the perfect bite size baguette.The Hamachi Crudo was visually stunning and the flavour was light and smooth. It was served in a light coconut vinaigrette sauce that was outstanding. The food is absolutely amazing!!!! 100% Michelin level food, true authentic French food. I’ve been to many Michelin restaurants, this can truly make it among the list. One of the owner Martin was very passionate about the restaurant and such a good spirit. He brings out the story of the building, the cocktail, and the menu. Recommend everyone in Calgary or visiting Calgary to come, special occasion or not. There’s also a speakeasy downstairs that’s apparently worth a visit.

Between the food, events manager Ashley, our server Julia, the bartenders Logan and Will, and the rest of the staff, they truly made our experience.I made a reservation for my birthday here, and Ashely was very patient to hear my requests and inquiries. She also gave me options on how I could best prepare. For that I’m very grateful!Julia was an ABSOLUTE legend. Between her patience, a sparkling personality, a personable approach and her knowledge, I could not help but adore her. My whole table thought she was our most memorable part over our legendary evening. Went for lunch with office group and our server was wonderful and tentative. Food and drinks was top notch. Love the gnocchi and risotto special. Buns with the lobster rolls was a bit dry. Tried all 6 of their appetizers, love them all.

Martin and his team have mastered the trifecta of excellent food, atmosphere perfectly curated and superbe service. Well with the visit we were there twice during our stay

The house bread was warm, the oysters were the best our table had ever tasted, the bison tartare was also a table conversation on being the best tartare we have enjoyed.

Excellent food and service. Highlights were the pork belly, hokkaido scallops, and table fish. Great cocktails too.

We had the tempura green beans and clams to start, and the striploin and sablefish for our mains. Portion sizes were plentiful, and the flavours of all the dishes were spectacular.

Our server, Julia truly stood out. Her recommendations on both dishes and drinks were spot on. She made that experience even more memorable.
