I visited Potion Room yesterday in Calgary and honestly, it was such a fun and unique experience. The whole vibe is immersive and a little magical. From the decor to the presentation of the drinks, everything feels thoughtfully put together.

We had such a fun night for my friends birthday! Wonderful drinks and service! If it’s your birthday it’s so fun! Vinalou the server was amazing! Don’t know if that’s spelled right!Best server and vibe! I would say more fun music. But other than that so fun!!! Thank you for the amazing night!!!!

We went as a party of 9 for a birthday, the atmosphere and service were fantastic. The drinks though pricey were a whole experience and so enjoyable. We all ordered different wings and there was not one bad flavor. I have recommended this place to everyone I have talked to.

Fun and surprising atmosphere. Outrageous and delicious cocktails (potions). Food was tasty, hot upon arrival. Ellie, our witch-server, was attentive, fun, and super-committed to the theatrics of the space. We loved our evening.

If you want something different, this potions and wands–themed bar is a must. The potion drinks arrive bubbling with smoke or lit on fire, and the presentations are unlike anything I’ve seen before. The pop-ups they run are clearly popular for a reason. We tried a few nacho options and they were all amazing. The staff were welcoming, playful, and full of energy.

Very cool place and concept! The menu and drinks are all on theme and tasty. The presentation of all the drinks is so creative, it’s so much fun watching other tables drinks come out and seeing all the different trays. A lot of respect for the team here serving and preparing all the trays! My only critique would be due to the complexity of the trays, sometimes it can take longer than expected if there is only 1 or 2 people serving, but it is worth the wait!
