We usually come here when we have friends or family visiting from out of town. The food is pretty average nothing too special, but the portions are huge. We do love the milkshakes, though!What really keeps us coming back is the atmosphere. The retro diner vibe is cool, and there aren't many places like this left. The service has always been great too, the staff are friendly, cheerful, and seem to be in a good mood every time we visit.We almost always come very late at night, usually after midnight since they're open 24 hours. Every visit seems to involve a wait of 30–90 minutes, but it's always worth it.It's a fun place to bring friends and family, and we always have a good time. Hands down five stars for the food, service and atmosphere, especially reminding me of true canadian food like the fresh hash browns , which my wife ordered a second order to go- she was so blown away.Don't let the small space and small front parking deceive you as there's extra parking in the back and when you get in there and see the incredibly professional and fast service with generous portions of fresh meals and tons of unique options, you will realize it was worth it.We just popped in for our 11th anniversary, ordered omelettes from the all day breakfast menu and it really made our day after a tiring, three hour kayak adventure.

Ordered takeout tonight. My husband placed the order and picked up. Burgers were amazing.Onion rings were not good and we ordered the spicy fries (not spicy - just tasted like seasoning salt was on them). Not sure if this was a mistake or if they are supposed to be like that? Definitely not spicy at all.We usually love this place. Hence 4 stars. We always go for milkshakes. They are amazing.

Love this place! It’s a vintage restaurant like the 50-60’s! Great place for pictures and the food is delicious, very filling. I would love to come back

Disappointed! I ordered the beef dip. The beef was grilled but probably a couple of weeks ago. My sandwich was clearly microwaved and the worst part is, even the microwave is not working properly and parts of my beef was still cold. Bun was soggy and mushy. We had no quality check after the food was served and the staff did not bother to ask why my sandwich was not touched. Vibes were good. Food and service were not.

Great spot , we were seated on arrival , very friendly attentive staff, all our meals were delicious, and the portions were hugh ,so go hungry. The milkshakes two of our group were so tasty. The decor is delightful old time diner. I would definitely go back and would recommend this diner as a place to visit.

Retro vibes, great service and hot food. Rocko's 24 Hour Diner a great spot to visit, especially if you're traveling further east along Highway 7. We visited early in the morning, while traveling to Hope. Breakfast was exactly what you'd hope: warm, quick, and satisfying. The portions were great and it's a fun space to let your eyes wander while waiting for your food.

We stopped in for breakfast. Rocko's has a slightly shabby authentic diner decor but the food is first class and there is lots of it. Excellent old time meals. Very delicious. Funky, friendly servers. I wish they were closer to my home but it's probably a good thing they aren't! Highly recommended!
