we live nearby, and every time we walked past this place, we kept saying we needed to try it because the atmosphere always looked so cozy and full of good vibes. when our friends came to visit from vancouver, we finally gave it a try on thursday evening, and oh my god… it was an absolute 10/10!the guy at the bar, the person who brought our drinks, the kitchen staff, and everyone else were genuinely so friendly and welcoming.the pizza!!! wow. it was something completely different and absolutely amazing. it doesn’t taste like your typical pizza. it’s richer, more filling, and the amount of toppings honestly impressed everyone at our table. it’s also one of the very few pizzas where you actually want to eat every last bite of the crust without any dipping sauce.a few people from our group cou

Came here today for lunch and had the Italian Stallion (the meatball sandwich) with a beer for $15. It was the best meatball sandwich I’ve ever had. With every bite I got happier and happier, until the end when I got depressed that it was over. The only comfort is knowing I’ll be able to come back again, which I plan on doing often. Super cool space as well. Ordering at the separate desks was a bit confusing and the bathroom isn’t well signed but otherwise perfect experience.

We stopped here last year, we were in the area today, and stopped in again, and it was just as delightful as last year! Friendly staff, great pizza with a crust SO good, and cold beers. How could we not stop? Totally enjoyable!!We'll be back!!

Had a great time the other night here. Prices are reasonable for what it is (it's just pizza man.. what are you expecting?). Decent set of craft beer on tap. Pop for kids. Great vibe. Photo booth if you're into that sort of thing.Everyone was super helpful / nice and seemed like they wanted to be there.Is it the best pizza? No, but its super solid and available in large quantities if you've got a bigger party. They don't skimp on toppings and there's for sure an option for you even if you're picky.Be sure to hit happy hour for the $5 pints and 1/2 off snacks. Probably the best deal on 17th ave (no joke, a pint of Old Beautiful for $5? Sold).Only suggestion? Craft beer is a bit on the waning side.. it'd be nice if you had a single non-craft tap (Molson/Coors/etc..) but by no means a deal br

Food was absolutely top notch! Had the Pavarotti and the Butcher. It was the perfect flavour and temperature. We ordered the shorty. Couldn’t finish it - perfect size for one person. The atmosphere was amazing. They are dog friendly so you can sit outside. Would definitely come back again!

I stopped by Cold Beer & Pizza in Calgary and had the Diablo pizza and wow, it did not disappoint. If you like your pizza with a bit of a kick, this one hits the spot. It had the perfect balance of spice and flavor, with a crispy, slightly chewy crust that held everything together beautifully.

Wow. What a great pizza. It is uniquely its own, and in the best way. I can’t imagine someone not liking their style, regardless of what type of pizza they enjoy the most. Airy and flavourful crust, fantastic sauce, fresh toppings, good cheese. If you’re wondering if you should try it, do it! I’ll definitely be ordering again.
