We ordered the breakfast burger, avocado toast, and fish & chips — and everything was tasty. The breakfast burger, in particular, was absolutely amazing — flavorful, fresh, and cooked perfectly.

The inside is absolutely beautifully decorated in the Irish theme. We all enjoyed the food and service. The dates appetizer!!!!!! I loved the boxty and my gathering law loved his lamb stew.

We went there as a group for Christmas lunch. The atmosphere was warm and cozy the food was fresh and tasty and the service was great. Shannon did just great and everyone ( a group of 20) were happy with her excellent service.

We had thr Guiness Jalapeño Burger and the Fish & Chips. Both we amazing. The brger was spicy with great flavor. The fish was very light and flaky, and not fishy :)

A very short walk from the Calgary Tower is the James Joyce. After visiting the tower, we were looking for a place to grab lunch. The James Joyce was the perfect place. Highly, highly, highly recommend the Onion Soup. It is delicious.

Great atmosphere, staff and food. Love the decor and the history. A unique aspect that you don't see very often anymore is there are no TV's which means you actually get non-distracted chat with whomever your there with. A nice touch. Will definitely be going back.

Our hotel caught on fire and the staff were wonderful! They let us take over a corner of thier patio, they even stayed open later! The service was awesome, they let us charge our devices so we could contact our famlies and friends. The bartender made very good cocktails....

Great pub, pretty authentic for Canada. Lots of little rooms off the main bar area and it's nicely decorated. The building is quite impressive and dates to around 1910. The Belfast breakfast is pretty decent but it would be nice to see a more traditional 'Full Irish/British' breakfast served (beans, mushrooms, black-pudding etc).
