Came for the valentines safari brunch with a gal pal, absolutely amazing! Best buffet I’ve been too in Calgary and otherwise. So many options to choose from, I went back 4 times to make sure I tried everything lol. Hard to pick a favourite but the prime rib, omelette station, and sticky toffee pudding at the dessert table were all up there.

Christmas brunch at the Safari Lodge was wonderful. The decorations were gorgeous and the food itself was better. They even had Christmas pudding. Thanks for a wonderful afternoon.

The Sunday Brunch was fantastic, delicious, and a great value, considering it only costs an additional $17 on the ticket price to the zoo. Lots of food, custom salad bar, fresh fruit with a chocolate fountain, custom omlette bar, and roast sliced in front of you as needed.

I will définetely recommend safari buffet to those visiting calgary zoo! Little addition to tickets and you can enjoy lot more! And you can avoid carrying loads of food! Buffet is enough to keep you full! And it is indeed kids friendly

We went to Safari Lodge for the Mother’s Day buffet and had a great experience. There were lots of options for both veg and non-veg, and the food quality was pretty good and tasty. The service was friendly, the seating was comfortable, and our toddler loved the dessert section! All in all, a very enjoyable and family-friendly experience—we’d definitely come back for another special occasion.

Food choices are good and prices are reasonable. Caters to both children and adults. Functions are operated professionally and staff is helpful and courteous.
