I love this place! Whisky sours are amazing, the dry ribz/kfc bites are the perfect snack. The ever changing vinyls create such a unique atmosphere. Staff are friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better.

The vegan food was excellent. Drinks were strong but I couldnt tell. Service is good. The place is real small.

This place is awesome. The service was absolutely lovely, the drinks were all phenomenal, and the food was also very tasty. Killer music choices and a great vibe, with a cozy dark mood. It was a great spot to try some drinks and talk. The volume was perfect where I didn’t have to yell to have a conversation.I would say this is my favorite new place that I’ve been to in a very long time in Calgary, and I look forward to coming back.

Absolutely had the best time at Magpie, between our fantastic service from Katie and the incredibly delicious food from the Una Mas pop up. Sergio is a gold star chef, we had a little bit of everything from the menu and loved all of it. Everything was unique, from the tostadas to the ice cream - go into it with an open mind as it’s own new dish rather than a recreation of something else (for example, the tostadas were purposefully a cold version which ended up being our favorite). Very much grateful for the delicious vegan menu with so much creativity, really hit the spot. Thanks Magpie, I’ll be back :)

Quirky, dark, and intimate spot for creative cocktails and small plates. They have an extensive cocktail menu which was divided by flavor profile. Our waitress was very helpful in giving recommendations. I enjoyed the Haymaker and Naked & Famous.

My omni friend brought me here for my birthday and we were both so pleasantly surprised by how incredible the food is! We especially loved the KFC bites and the steamed barbecue buns. The prices are reasonable and we’ll definitely be back!
