When it comes to comfort food, this is my go-to lunch place in downtown. My personal favourite is their Pan Seared Arctic Char, which you will find in their regular menu.

Ordered the Arctic char and butternut squash soup and everything was perfect. Wait time was pretty good and there was enough seating.

I had the Eggplant Parmesan Deep Dish Pizza for lunch ($7 for a hefty slice) and it was amazing! Well seasoned with herbs and spices and nicely balanced with beef and soft eggplant and cheese.

It is a bit cafeteria-like, but the staff is friendly an efficient and there is a wide variety of selections. And everything is well seasoned and largely portioned. Great charcuterie and lovely salads.

I was impressed by the range of the different food "stations" - ranging from sandwiches and charcuterie to flatbreads to the bakery (with great-looking desserts) and rice bowls and salads.

Food was terrific and reasonable prices with lots of selection and good daily picks. This is a super spot in downtown Calgary to meet for good food.
