You can’t get any service in poker room cin evenings. Your better off just walking out to floor barThrough the day it’s a regulars in poker room and no fun allowed. If you can get a good game in the evenings once again you are not allowed to have fun if you have four people at the table and they’re having a great time, that’s not allowed according to the little man that looks like Colonel Sanders. You’ll be told it disrupt the other players, but there’s only one other table, maybe two going and they don’t have a problem. It’s the pit boss. And then when you hurt their ego by asking them what the issue is security will escort you out. That’s for some reason they have no professionalism. There are tough guys in their head, but they don’t do nothing but act tough. No professionalism at all.M

Grace was very rude and irritated the entire time we were at the table even though we spent a lot of money on one table alone. Didn’t feel very appreciated after me and my friends spent over $1000 in minutes and stayed there for a long time and kept spending money. Epic fail of an experience. Would leave 0 stars for grace if I could.

Went there to play slots, was enjoyable.Staff were polite, the atmosphere was calm the machines were paying nicely. The place was clean and smelled nice as were the restrooms. Drinks and food were tasty.

Brought my family from out of town to eat there. We sat in the restaurant for about 20 mins, no one acknowledged us. Walked up to the bartender and asked her to take my order. She insisted told me she would get my server. Still waited 10 more mins and no one showed so we left. Terrible service

The servers were very nice and friendly. The food came very fast comparing to other Dim Sum restaurants. We ordered a lot since we were super hungry: 2 Steamed Shrimp Dumpling, 1 Steamed Spare Rib in Black Bean Sauce, 1 Steamed BBQ Pork Buns, 1 Seafood and Meat rolls In Oyster Sauce, 1 Deep Fried Shrimp Spring Roll, 2 Baked Egg Tart, 2 Mango Pudding, 1 Rice Crepe with Shrimp, 1 Chinese Dough in Rice Crepe Wrap; and etc. The food was very fresh and authentic. The taste was very great with the large portion.

This casino was our favourite amongsts our alberta casino hopping .... friendly dealers!!! This is the lucky casino. Aya!!!

Elbow River Casino does dim sum Friday to Sunday for lunch and it's actually pretty good. The menu is surprisingly extensive and the prices are completely reasonable. The staples like shrimp dumplings, shui mai and chicken feet were all good and fresh. Portions were generous.

Good food good drinks and lots of fun. Even has the comedy club upstairs.
