We had an amazing experience at Thomson Restaurant! A special thank you to our bartender, Tavile, who made fantastic drinks that were absolutely delicious and perfectly crafted. Every drink was made with care and exceeded our expectations. Our server, Ringo, was incredible friendly, attentive, professional, and made us feel so welcome throughout our visit. His outstanding service truly made our dining experience even more enjoyable.A big compliment as well to Chef Allan for the amazing food. Every dish was beautifully prepared, flavorful, and cooked to perfection.

This was our first visit to Thomsons and I would highly recommend it if you are staying at the adjacent hotel. We appreciated not having to leave the hotel for supper after a long day of driving. The food was very tasty, the server was friendly, and the place was pretty quiet. We ordered the beef bites as an appetizer, and although they were very good, the portion was quite small. It serves two people well. Then we had the bison short rib, the brisket poutine and the Caesar salad with grilled chicken. All of the dishes were delicious and the portions were more than sufficient. Overall, a very

Thompson's kitchen & bar. I have had buffet brunches around Calgary a lot. There is some very good ones out there and this one is by far one of the top 10. IT IS my favorite brunch buffet in Calgary now. They have live music very relaxing. All the food was fresh and delicious, and let me tell you about all the choices. So many delicious choices. All the desserts we're so well done and not overly sweet. And don't forget to top off your meal with a nice Caesar. You definitely won't regret going here for brunch.

Absolute Hidden Gem of a restaurant. Their Sunday Brunch Buffet is a must! Totally a 5 star experience. It is on par with Vegas buffets like Wicked Spoon and the Wynn buffet in terms of taste and quality! Everything tasted amazing! They even had a raclette station! Love how you can create your own food adventure here. They have an omelette station, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, beef roast, an oatmeal station, potatoes, charcuterie, a yogurt station, shrimp, clams, Asian food like fried rice, soups, chicken, salmon, fresh baked pastries that are savoury and sweet, cakes, puddings, cookies, fr

IG:@intallaEats The Thompsons Kitchen and bar is a surprising hidden gem even though its in a popular area, Stevenson Ave, its never been busy the times I've gone, even in peak hours and the items I've had some far have been quite tasty. Thompsons bar fish and chips 24$ pre tip/tax 5/5 Filling 2/5 Presentation 2/5 Price 4/5 Taste 4/5 Texture 17/25 overall Fish and chips. The fish is battered the right amount it's fried good but it doesn't feel or taste particularly oily. Normally of its too oily ill get an upset stomach but not here, the chips are good but I prefer mine a little thinner and cr

I’ve been staying at the Hyatt whenever I’m in town for work for years now. I’ve come into the Thomsons Kitchen for breakfast and dinner many times and have generally enjoyed my meals. The staff are friendly and I’ve never had to wait for a table - I dine solo so your experience may vary. They bring the food and coffee quickly, hot and fresh. This means so much to me when I’m getting food before heading to the office in the morning.Staring with breakfast. Their brunch is outstanding. Their pancakes and French toast are out of this world. The pancakes are fluffy and flavourful with banana and w
