I’ve been a loyal customer of Connie and John’s for a long time and always raved about their pizza, great quality, always consistent, always delicious. That’s what makes this last order so disappointing.What arrived looked nothing like what they advertise. Stale, uninspired, and clearly made without any care. For a place that built its reputation on quality, this was a complete letdown.I don’t write bad reviews lightly, especially for a place I genuinely loved. But this order was bad enough that I won’t be coming back. Hopefully this is just an off day and they get back to the standard their longtime customers know them for, because this wasn’t it.

Really incredible pizza here. Best I've had in all of Canada for that matter. We rolled in at 10pm, the service was above and beyond in the most charming old brick historical building. What an excellent "late night pizza" experience.

10/10 if you’re looking for a Detroit style pizza this is the place! The staff are friendly, the location is lovely and the pizza will have you coming back for more.

I was in Calgary to do some work. I stayed in the nearby east village. I am no pizza connoisseur but I knew I was in for a treat. My pepperoni pizza looked very different from those chains you'd find in many large Canadian cities.Like another reviewer said, the crust was perfectly chewy and wholesome. The entire Pizza was covered with cupped pepperoni! And the shredded mozzarella on the crust, very unlike your typical pizza. Try it and you might just love it as much as I do. I am definitely going back next time I am in the cow town!You can tell they've put a lot of thought it, which includes th take-out box for their pizza. Ive never seen anything like it!

A friend and I ordered a cheese and pepperoni take-out pizza for a quick lunch. I know C and Js gets great reviews generally but this was a soggy mess. The dough around the edge was good (and the only thing we ended up eating) but the pizza itself was so soggy you couldnt even lift a piece out of the box without it collapsing into a wet mess on the plate. Had to put it in the oven and try to rebake it to try and make it edible. Really terrible for almost $40 for a 12 inch. Wont be ordering again.

Connie and John's rooftop patio is a great place to go with friends or with family and have some great cocktails and delicious pizza.

we had such a wonderful experience at connie & john’s pizza rooftop!i went with my best friend and my baby, and from the moment we arrived the staff went above and beyond. the manager personally escorted us upstairs, helped with the stroller, and even set us up near a patio heater so the stroller would be in a comfortable spot. we started with oysters, caesar salad, and a bottle of sauv blanc, which were all excellent. for the main we shared the hawaiian style pizza and it was fantastic. our server was warm and attentive, even bringing hot water to warm a bottle, and the whole team made sure o
