I recently tried the Large Mixed Donair Wrap at Damascus Fine Mediterranean Foods and it was honestly the best shawarma I’ve ever had! The wrap was fresh, very tasty, and full of flavor. The meat was juicy, the sauce was delicious, and everything was perfectly balanced. Big portion and very satisfying!

Honestly, this is the best shawarma in Calgary. The portion size is generous, the chicken is juicy and well-seasoned, and everything tastes fresh. The wrap itself is perfectly balanced — not overloaded, but packed just right so you get meat, veggies, and sauce in every bite.

Our experience was absolutely delightful here. Everything from the food to the service and the vibes. Portions are huge and we couldn’t finish any of our food even though it was irresistible. I got the arabic style shawarma. It was very delicious and tasted very authentic.

Awesome food the Tabbouli Salad is fresh and made proper, the Large Mixed Donair Wrap (Chicken and Beef) was on point, the Beef Donair Poutine was also satisfying good cheese curds. Would highly recommend eating here worth the money.

Damascus consistently delivers excellent food and this platter as well as stuffed grape leaves were no exception. The rice is loaded with flavour and veggies and the salad is refreshing.

I ordered a catered lunch for 20 people and the entire experience was wonderful. Incredible customer service, amazing Food, everything was delivered as expected. Would order from Damascus again in a heartbeat!

Ordered a chicken shawarma platter and a chicken shawarma salad. Both were delicious , great priced and generous portions. All of the staff/owners were so beyond friendly and nice and were so helpful in recommendations. The garlic sauce is AMAZING, as good as what you get in Lebanon.

Delicious food. The guys behind the counter were very friendly and helpful. I got the chicken shawarma and added some falafel! It was the perfect meal to eat in the park on a summer day!
