ONE18 has become one of my favourite spots in Calgary in the last few months. As an avid bourbon lover, I am extremely impressed with their selection. You can choose an old fashioned that’s been beautifully crafted by the talented bartenders, or you can create your own. They smoke the glass right in front of you which adds to the luxury of your dining experience!

My wife and I stayed at the downtown Marriott hotel in Calgary and we had breakfast the next day at One 18 Empire and it blew my mind. I love eggs Benedict, as I always make my own at home and it is always a treat to order out at a restaurant. But, One 18 Empires salmon gravlax Benedict was easily the best eggs Benedict I have ever eaten.

Very elaborate old fashioned with a wood barrel they burn right in front of you for various flavors. You can even make your own choices on flavoring wood smoke and finish.

The food was amazing. Easily the best lamb I have ever had. The smoked old fashioned drinks were outside my usual choice for drinks but very easy to enjoy. And it was fun to have the glasses smoked at our table.

our party of 6 came here for a night cap and so glad we did. Our waitress Daniellis was so awesome making our various smoked old fashions! She was extremely friendly, educated us on what drinks were delicious, and she made us the most amazing old fashions! We highly recommend this bar for Old Fashions made in a unique way

Staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. Service was very quick and courteous. Staff were able to expand on options available, and make recommendations. Atmosphere was warm and inviting. It was busy (as I was there on Valentines Day) but still managed to find seating easily.

The service here is absolutely amazing. It really did raise the ambiance of the environment. My steak was gorgeous and cooked perfectly. My tuna was very fresh and presented nicely.

Drinks were fantastic. They seated us in a little nook in the corner and it was very intimate for our date night.
