Mark Greenfield is the Culinary Director with Executive Hotels. He coordinates teams across multiple restaurants, providing back-of-house operations including concept design, culinary training, and menu development. Before joining Executive Hotels, he worked for 14 years across international restaurants and hotels, including Fairmont Pacific Rim and Glowbal Restaurant Group in Vancouver.
