Having spent six weeks in the Nepal Himalayas, I can say with certainty that the food here is the most authentic you can find without trekking for three days from Kathmandu. The dal bhat is exceptional. I can’t recommend it enough. It is flavourful, filling, and brings me right back to the Annapurna circuit. I also recommend the momos, I can’t get enough of them.
