Behshad Zolnasr is the Executive Chef at C|Prime Modern Italian Steak & Wine in Vancouver. He studied at the Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts, worked in Michelin-starred kitchens in Rome, London, and New York City, and later led kitchens at Café Ça Va, Rive Gauche Bistro, Served Catering, Seaside Provisions, and Frankie’s Italian Kitchen & Bar.

My boyfriend and I came here for Valentine’s Day, and as people who regularly dine at high-end, our standards are pretty high. That said, this was hands down the most incredible steak we have ever had.

Had the $65 Dine-Out menu and it was delicious, so yummy! Every dish was crafted with care, very intentionally.

We're from Las Vegas and went to C|Prime for my fiancé's birthday dinner. We found this to be a hidden gem and quite frankly easily rivals my favorite steakhouse in Las Vegas.

Most underrated restaurant in Vancouver. Every time I come to CPrime I am not disappointed. This time around it was our anniversary and we were offered 2 glasses of champagne on the house.
