The menu by far is the best I have seen in a Vietnamese restaurant. It had lots of sections categorized so it was easy to understand the dishes and they had nice photos of some of them on each page.

Ordered Satay Lobster Noodles M3. From my first bite of the rice noodle, I could tell this was not some usual deal. Perfectly cooked so there was a chewiness. Never knew rice noodles could taste this good.

We had a Vietnamese pancake, beef satay soup, and lobster curry noodle soup. We felt that they had generous portions and the lobster tail was pretty big! Everything tasted great! Highly recommend!

The food was fresh, flavourful, and beautifully prepared. The chicken sa te pho was rich, aromatic, and packed with authentic Vietnamese flavours.

This is our go to Vietnamese restaurant. The portions are huge and the food is always excellent. M7 and the curry chicken soup are our favourites!

I was introduced to Saigon Maxim five years ago and its probably my favourite cuisine & restaurant in all of Calgary. They are generally packed Monday to Friday over the lunch hour.

We have been coming to this restaurant for a few years now, and its probably my favorite for vietnamese food. The portions are huge for the price. I always have enough for lunch the next day.

Great takeaway. Honestly we have been to this restaurant numerous times as we live in the neighborhood. We are so lucky to have this gem close by. Reasonably priced. Good portions.
