Jenny Kang is Orchard’s Executive Chef and Co-Owner in Calgary. She previously served as Head Chef at Bow Valley Ranch and Shokunin Izakaya, and her menu at Orchard draws on her Korean heritage alongside French and Italian influences to create an Asian-Mediterranean style.

I got the tiger prawns as our starter and the halibut as my main while my boyfriend got the risotto. I don’t have words for how good the halibut was, I’ll say heavenly but that would be an understatement.

Our server, Steffi, was fantastic! She was very friendly and made great recommendations for our meal. The place is beautiful, open concept, not too loud, and the food was amazing.

We went here for my wife and I's two year anniversary and it was spectacular. They were able to accommodate and seat us once we arrived. The appetizers and entrees were delicious - my wife noted the duck breast was one of (if not THE) best dish she'd ever had in the city.
