Very nice bar at the lobby in Fairmont Pacific Rim. They have a nice fireplace with couch seating, high tops, and bar seating. They also have live music which adds to the ambiance. We had a variety of small bites here and drinks. The nigiri sushi was splendid. The lobster tacos were good but we thought the taco shell itself was fried too heavily. The fries were just okay as well. The aburi taco had great fillings, but the taco shell itself was just seaweed. The servers were attentive and friendly. Overall, a great place to start or end the night, but I wouldn't go back for dinner.

We had an amazing stay at the Fairmont Pacific Rim, and the Lobby Lounge & RawBar truly stood out. The staff were attentive, friendly, and professional — they made us feel completely taken care of. The food was beautifully presented and delicious, especially the sashimi platter and desserts. The atmosphere was vibrant yet relaxing, with lovely live music and warm lighting.I also loved the playful boy-and-girl art pieces — such a unique touch that made the space feel artistic and alive. Centrally located near waterfront and the Vancouver Conference Centre. Lively atmosphere, attentive service, clean counters, and much better than average sushi. Their freshly grated wasabi shouldn't be missed. It's on the pricey side, but you don't have to order much. Roasted almonds, walnuts, and cashews were provided at no charge. Good selection at the bar.
