Sole is one of those rare karaoke places where you can not only sing but also enjoy really good food. The Korean dishes are amazing. We liked the bulgogi, noodles, and soup. The lychee soju was also nice.The staff were very attentive and helpful. No complaints.The karaoke room is comfortable with fan and heat. The screen and sound system are great, and there are many songs to choose from, including old songs. The decor is very nice too.You can sing karaoke or just relax and enjoy the bar.We will come back

A group of my nursing friends and I came here for karaoke, and our experience was extremely disappointing.During our visit, one of our friends experienced a medical emergency related to a pre-existing condition. We are all nurses and were able to manage the situation ourselves, but when we asked staff for some basic supplies, the response was shockingly rude and dismissive. The hostess told us she didn’t care that we were nurses, insisted our friend could not stay, and demanded that our entire group leave.What upset us most was the complete lack of empathy. No one checked on our friend or asked if we needed assistance. We had only been there for about an hour and had consumed very little alcohol, yet staff immediately assumed it was not a legitimate medical issue and treated it as a distur

If I could leave zero stars, I absolutely would.We came here for karaoke night and unfortunately one of our friends suffered a medical emergency due to a pre-existing condition. Rather than showing even the slightest bit of compassion or concern, the staff handled the situation with complete indifference.Our group consisted of multiple nurses who understood our friend’s condition and were actively managing the situation. We simply asked for basic supplies to help clean up while ensuring our friend was cared for. Instead of offering assistance or asking if they were okay, the staff’s immediate response was that we needed to leave.Not a single employee checked on our friend’s well-being. To the staff working on June 16 around 10–11 PM when my co-workers and I came in for karaoke:I hope you never have to experience the kind of treatment you gave us during a medical emergency. We clearly explained what was happening, yet the first thing out of your mouth was that we had to leave.The lack of empathy and the dismissive attitude we were met with was honestly so so disappointing. You were judgmental and rude. The way this was handled has completely changed my view of your establishment, and I won’t be coming back. Shame on you.Folks, don’t have a medical emergency here they will kick you out instead of helping you!

First time at Sole and our group had a good time. The pricing is reasonable and they offer a lot more food options than other karaoke spots in town. Plus the service was fast.We were given some complimentary soju, which was new to most of us, but it tasted great and was a nice surprise. The table layout made it a bit awkward to get up from our seats. The song selection was decent, though there were still quite a few songs we couldn’t find, but there was also an option to connect your phone via Bluetooth and display songs on the screen.As a note if each person in your group spends a minimum of $35, the room rate is waived.

Amazing karaoke bar with friendly owners and great customer service. Awesome selection of songs. The food is quite nice too. We also all really enjoyed the lychee soju. We'll be back for sure!

Went for lunch (yes, they're open for lunch too!) and two of us shared a naked calamari salad and a bibimbap with pork belly. Portions were pretty generous and both dishes tasted very good. Service was simply awesome!

Sole is a Korean karaoke lounge and restaurant. Nights here are very fun and inviting. The kareoke rooms are modern and very good up to date play lists. The staff here are super friendly and very hospitable. Food is terrific, I’ll suggest having the Ssam meat platter and chicken gizzards!

This restaurant and KTV bar is our go to when we are going out with friends and doing karaoke and we don’t feel like doing it at home. The staff are amazing and the food are also great.

Service is fast and friendly. Food is okay and has a nice presentation, but pricey. Washrooms are maintained clean. Loved our girls' night out with my coworkers!

This is a great place to come and sing with friends without embarrassing yourself to strangers. Good song selection. I will warn that the Trio of Fries is a lot of food so prepare to share.
