The Embers that used to be on Logan Ave has merged with Horse Brunch on Glasgow Ave. Because of this they are now open until 8 pm during the dinner period. I did enjoy some of their menu choices, not all of them. I really like their pulled pork and Caesar salad there when I dinner there. The service is great whenever I come to this restaurant. I look forward to coming back there.

a nice small restaurant, we have visited for a late lunch after going to Cascade Falls. Both burgers are wonderful, but I would prefer the ones with pulled pork, it is so rich in flavours.Note: the location on Apple Maps is wrong, do not use it for navigation. Use the one on Google Maps

Great BBQ place for takeout or dine in, with patio option. Location isn't super obvious and feels tucked away. Neighbours to a tattoo parlour. Kid's menu is top notch, and my boys loved the grilled cheese and burger. Crayons were fresh, good colour variety, and choice of activities or colouring for entertainment while food was being prepared. I split the mini sampler with my partner to experience as many options as possible. Hot wings were that slow burn, sweet sauce. Hotter than Frank's red hot sauce, not too hot for me. I recommend choosing the dark chicken option, the white breast was on the dry side, but good paired with the pulled pork or extra sauce from the wings or baked beans. It's not bad. If you are looking to have your bbq meats smoked, then you will be disappointed...especially with the Brisket which is braised and served in a very thin liquid meant to be au jus (lacks flavor). The pulled pork is seasoned with cumin which seems to be trying to cover up a lack of flavor and dryness. The baked beans were tasteless so you should avoid this side. The pork ribs were pretty good. They meat falls off the bone nicely and the bbq sauce is tasty. The chicken lacks smoke and tastes like regular rotisserie chicken.The overall presentation of the platter is good and there is a lot of food.The wings were good with a nice honey garlic flavor. Mission Brunch Café absolutely nailed it.Hands down one of the best pulled pork sandwiches I’ve had, and at a price that honestly feels like a mistake, in a good way. Perfectly stacked, juicy, messy in the way a proper sandwich should be.If you’re passing through Mission, do yourself a favour and stop here. The menu is loaded, the food is legit, and everything tastes like someone actually cares.This is how a sandwich should be done

Embers is a fantastic place to go for some awesome BBQ-styled food, ranging from pulled pork sandwiches/wraps to ribs to burgers. On top of that, the service staff are always smiling and happy, and truly make you feel welcome. It's a great place for casual dining, whether with friends, business partners, family, on your own, or on a casual date.

Even though I live across the river, the trip is worth it to enjoy the mouth watering stick wings. Paul and staff have accomodated patrons during the coved crisis and I'm so greatful to be able to enjoy the homemade delicious offerings. Prices are very reasonable and flavours are outstanding.

If you like BBQ, this is the place for you. Almost everything is hand made, locally sourced, and perfectly prepared. Their hamburgers are fresh ground chuck, hand formed and grilled to perfection. The fries are amazing! The ribs fall off the bone and have Paul's own secret sauce that'll knock you out! Pulled pork to DIE for!

We really liked our lunch. The flavors were awesome. We had bbq chicken sandwich and heidi sandwich with baked beans with fries and soup. Everything met our standards. Looking forward to going back to have pulled pork wraps!!

We ordered some take out from Embers to take to the Fraser River and have a picnic. The wait time for Sunday evening dinner was surprisingly short! We got a bacon cheddar burger as well as a pulled pork sandwich. I can' speak to the cheddar burger, but the pulled pork was amazing. Wasn't dry and had lots of flavor.

Food was fantastic had the embers platter. Lots of food for 4. Don't use the connection on Google maps it takes you to haig st. We had take out very good service

Embers is our treat place when we go to buy Gas at 21 cents a litre less thus giving us a saving of $20. on a tank fill. Paul opened Embers in 2003 & we have been working our way thru the menu ever since with nary a disappointment because the food is consistently well prepared. The two chicken breast dinner with Tarragon sauce was delicious.
