⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐What an amazing dining experience! The food was absolutely delicious from start to finish. I had the Cannelloni, which was recommended by our waiter, Dave, and it was fantastic. His recommendation was spot on.Dave truly made our evening special. He was friendly, fun, attentive, and incredibly personable. Our drinks were never empty, and he checked in often without ever being intrusive. His energy and sense of humor added so much to the experience and made us feel genuinely welcomed.Great food and outstanding service are what bring people back, and Dave delivered both. If you're dining here, I highly recommend asking for him. Thank you for a wonderful meal and an unforgettable evening!

A large group of friends had dinner recently at this wonderful restaurant.We have been to the restaurant before, but not at this new location 1201 17 Ave SW at the corner of 11 St Sw and 17th Ave. It’s been a couple years since we last visited so we were really looking forward to our night out.The food has always been wonderful in the past and this night was no exception.We shared 4 appy’s.2x Bruschetta2x Calamari ( amazing !!)Our mains this night were,Atlantic Cod LimoneInvoltini Portofino x2Cannelloni Fiorentina x2and a few other dishes I can’t remember at this time.Our server this night was Jeremy. And Jeremy was awesome the entire dinner. Our group of 8 really enjoyed his bantor, but his professionalism and friendliness really stood out to our group.We would highly recommend Bon Giorno

I got the Chicken and Mushroom Tettra…something? 😆 It was so so good! We did wait a little bit for it to be served but it was extremely delicious. The servers were kind and the atmosphere was lovely.

A nice traditional Italian restaurant with good pasta! I had the Capellini di Vitello, which was the highlight of the meal, pasta being exceptionally cooked and with a very flavourful sauce.The deserts were a bit more disappointing. We had the Choclate Cake, which was nice but nothing special, the Tartufo, which was choclate ice cream which was alright. The highlight of the desserts was the Cassaia Italiana, which was a nice ice cream cake!

We havens been here for ages. The veal osso bucco was excellent. Paired with a glass of red wine, it really made my Thursday. I look forward to visiting more frequently.

We have a large group so a private room was reserved for this occasion. Even a Wednesday night was crowded, our server was a old hand at this restaurant, the kitchen was very busy but Jeremy was able to deliver all our food.

Food remains just as excellent. Most of the old waiters are there - friendly and experienced not just students and occasional workers. It's still a favourite family style restaurant.

Still the familiar red/white checkered tablecloths, great service (some staff looked familiar), the vaulted beamed ceiling and the brick fireplace reminds us of the old place. Like coming "home", the food was excellent (cannelloni) and a sigh of relief that something familiar can still be reborn.

We were thrilled to see the authentic flair maintained at the new location. The atmosphere, service and food was exceptional! Jeremy was our server and made the evening so enjoyable and recommended a lovely wine. The sauce on the calamari was Devine! The pastas were amazing and deserts just as good. We’ll be back for sure!
