One of Calgary’s Best Vietnamese Lunch SpotsIf you work downtown Calgary and love Vietnamese food, this place deserves a spot on your list.I’ve tried several items on the menu over the years, and while their pho is very good, the real stars here are the Bánh Mì sandwiches and the Bubble Tea.The sandwiches are simply fantastic. The baguette is exactly how a Vietnamese sandwich should be: light, fresh, and incredibly crispy. Every bite delivers a perfect combination of crunchy vegetables, pickled carrots, fresh herbs, and flavorful meat. The textures and flavors come together beautifully.My only small criticism is that sometimes the sauce can soak into the bread a little too much, making part of the sandwich slightly soggy. It’s just OK if you’re looking for reasonably priced Vietnamese food in downtown. The 4-star rating is for the Pho with rare beef and beef balls. Really tasty and it felt like I was transported to Forest lawn. But then another time I ordered the vermicelli with grilled shrimp and spring rolls and it was not tasty at all…. So you have to know what to order!

Very disappointing experience!I really wanted to like this Vietnamese restaurant, but unfortunately both of my visits were terrible. The first time I came, I found a fly in my pho. The owner replaced it, but then we realized the flies were coming from their sauce containers. I decided to give them another chance and came back today, but sadly, there were still flies around and even in the food again. To make things worse, they didn’t even serve water.I don’t usually write bad reviews, but this was such an unpleasant experience. I hope they take cleanliness more seriously because the food could have been good otherwise.

Decent viet restaurant conveniently located at the heart of downtown Calgary.Not sure what they do to their noodles but I can feel the extra chewy texture which makes every bite very enjoyable.It's slightly more pricey than the usual viet joints but given their location, I think it is a fair game. To provide some context, a rice noodle soup from bankers hall food court costs you the same but has half the portion.The staff are very attentive and friendly as well that perfects the dining experience.------Update: tried their vermicili and it is honestly amazing. Definitely take a visit for your lunch/dinner if you work/are nearby

Came twice. It's a comfortable experience for dine-in but you need to make good choices for the food. The soup noodles were pretty good. The satay soup was full of flavor, could be better though.But we were greatly disappointed by the fried noodles. The sauce is sweet bbq sauce and not fried as we would imagine. It's soggy and sweet with thick carrot and broccoli pieces. Not worth the price.
