We have been coming to Regency Palace for a few years and will stop by for a quick bite whenever we are in Chinatown. We like to order from their Dimsum menu as they have a huge selection like Steamed Shrimp (Har Gow) Dumplings, Salt & Pepper Squid, Steamed Pork Dumplings, Black Pepper Honeycomb Tripe, Deep Fried Squid Tentacles, Stuffed Eggplant, Pan Fried Taro Cake, Deep Fried Taro Dumplings (my favourite), Shanghai Pork Dumplings (Xiao Long Bao), Seafood Noodles and many more. The food tasted delicious and appetizing.

Cheng Melody

An old fashioned Cantonese seafood restaurant. Food was quite salty and oily but flavourless. Good thing is the price was really cheap, and portion was big.

Very disappointing experience. The food was honestly not good and some dishes tasted unpleasant. The soup was very bland and lacked flavor, which made the meal even more disappointing.The service was not bad, but unfortunately the food quality did not meet expectations at all. Definitely not a place I would return to. ⭐

Their dumplings are amazing, and affordable! They are busy prepping for what it looks like a big reservation, but they are still able to refill our teas and serve our orders faster than expected. We are surely going back!

I went here to eat dim sum for lunch with my mom. We ordered 7 dim sum dishes. The buns and pasteries were fine. However the dumplings were a different story. The shrimp dumpling tasted like ammonia within my first bite. It was bizarre. Har Gow is a classic dish I always order when I eat dim sum and Ive never had problems with it until I ate at this restaurant. I tasted bitterness in the shrimp meat which means that the meat has spoiled. This wasn't the only bad dish that ruined my experience. I ordered the shrimp cilantro dumplings and it came out dry and cold. Im not exaggerating but you could visibly see the edges of the dumpling pale and dehydrated. I bit into it and it crunched which is un-natural for a steamed dumpling. If you know what freezer burns are then imagine that on dumpling
