Amazing French food and a really cozy vibe. Some of the servers speak both English and French, which makes the experience feel even more authentic.

The meat was excellent and cooked perfectly, and their wine selection is impressive with plenty of good options. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the live music adds a really nice touch to the evening.

The sandwich had the perfect amount of ingredients, so that you get the perfect bite in every bite. The fries are of the skinny variety – piping hot and delicious. It comes with a side of mayo, absolute perfection.

The egg is perfectly cooked, with a jammy yolk. It pairs really well with the brightness and saltiness of the ikura. The brioche toast on the side is a nice complement.

Everything was fresh and deliious, and the chickpea flatbread was something unique that I never tried before.

The vanilla syrup was divine. The flavours definitely leans more towards the star anise side than lemon.

This is my seventh visit to Mereon since the restaurant opened its doors in West Vancouver, but my first evening dining experience, and a special occasion to celebrate a thirtieth wedding anniversary.
