Tried the classic tonkotsu ramen which is one of my favourites. You can customize the type of noodles you want as well as the firmness. You can also choose add-ons such as seaweed, extra pork, ramen egg etc.

A busy location so best to arrive early and be ready to wait in line for 5-15 minutes depending on the day.

After filling a very simple selection order, waited for about 10-15 min for the take out inside the restaurant. It felt very authentic and waiters were very efficient.

It’s definitely comfort in a bowl. Servers were polite and friendly. They offer two menus: regular or vegan. I picked the regular menu and had a classic chashu-men with ichimi togarashi powder topped with egg, nori, and kikurage.

Best ramen I have eaten in Canada, as going so as you get in Japan. Of course there was a line outside, but it moved relatively quickly. Service was great. The broth was rich and flavourful, the toppings were perfectly prepared.
