Caleb Quinton is Acquafarina’s Operation Director. Born and raised in Vancouver, he began cooking at Umbertino’s at age 13 while in a hospitality career prep program. He later joined the Spectra group at 16, progressed from dish area to sous chef at 18 and chef at 19, and went on to help open new Milestones locations in Kirkland, Whistler, and West Vancouver. He also spent 10 years with Cactus Club Restaurants managing and supporting openings across Metro Vancouver and Toronto before joining The Social Corner Group in June 2023 as Director of Development.
