What a beautiful Italian restaurant. Loved the staff, the patio, hand made pasta and amazing service. This restaurant defines the true essence of pride of ownership, exceptional food. Details matter in anything a business offers to consumers. It’s those little details that impress the customers even more. I especially loved the pizza making area. It looks so unique. And the details right under the bar top.

We had a truly wonderful afternoon at Acquafarina. The appetizers were already outstanding — especially the oysters and the carpaccio, which were both absolutely delicious and perfectly prepared.

A Standout Dining Experience, Thanks to Kayla

I went to Acquafina and had one of the best meals of my life. I started with the mushroom risotto primo with shaved truffle and a foie gras accompaniment. The rice was cooked perfectly and the taste was incredible - and surprisingly not too rich. I finished with the linguini with lobster and caviar. The pasta is made in house. This dish was so absurdly good I almost started laughing - that's how good it was. Also, the restaurant is gorgeous - it had a bit of a throwback-to-the-50s look and vibe, and it was all done right. Finally, the service was terrific. I was seated only a few minutes late

This is the best restaurant in Vancouver in everyway. The atmosphere is a 5, the service 5, the food 5, the food quality 5, the food presentation 5 and the food complexity and taste 5. Its not cheap but if you are a foodie and expect the best and are used to the best you want to go there. Ive eaten at restaurants around the world and this place will meet your expectations. I will go back for special occasions, hands down.
