Their menu is vast and I want to try all of it! We went here in Chez hoping to satisfy our Vietnamese dish cravings, and it didn’t disappoint. Their Beef Carpaccio is one of the best one in the city! Full of umami flavour, and the chewy, yet tender, texture was just right.

Kelly was more than kind and welcoming! I had the rice dish with pork and it was delicious. My boyfriend got the dry pho with beef and I'm not a noodle girlie, but I loved it more than my dish! Their fish sauce flavoured chicken wings were out of this world!

Chez Nguyen is honestly one of my favorite Vietnamese spots in the city. The food is so good and tastes incredibly authentic, especially if you love Hanoi-style dishes. Every time I come back, there’s always something new to try because they keep releasing new dishes instead of sticking to the same menu, which I really appreciate.

Chez Nguyen has easily become my husband and I’s favorite Vietnamese spot in Calgary. We’ve tried quite a few dishes from their menu like pho, seafood fried rice, BBQ pork chop, grilled beef wrapped in betel leaf, spring rolls, and grilled shrimp and every single one has been so good.

Cozy and comfortable place, good music and an incredible friendly staff, takes your dining experience to a higher level. Menu is wide so deciding what to eat is difficult, specially since everything I had tried so far is delicious.
