We ordered Big John’s pizza for the first time thru uber eats. This pizza exceeded our expectations and they will become our new pizza place from now on. We ordered the meat lovers and we absolutely loved it. The crust was delicious and cooked perfectly and not too thick or too thin. We loved that the pizza wasn’t greasy on the bottom nor was the cheese greasy either. Toppings were plentiful evenly dispersed. We were very impressed with the delivery time too, from placing the order to receiving at our door was about 20 mins. Pizza arrived hot and fresh. I look forward to trying other items off the menu in the near future and will gladly recommend to anyone asking.

Evelyn was on break from the new workplace and stepped into Big Johns Pizza & Donair for the 1st time. Ieshan was friendly & introduced the difference between Mediterranean vs Halifax style donair. Also pizza peels on one of the walls caught the eyes. Ieshan said he has a few left after decorating. Evelyn ate the Butter Chicken Donair which was so finger licking good! Unfortunately they ran out of Tiramisu dessert today.

Ordered two calzones with Italian sausage, and got chunks of disgusting cafeteria mystery meat instead.The flavor ruined the whole thing even if I pick out the chunks, and this was supposed to be my meal for today and tomorrow 😕

I'm not proud to say it, but I've been to prison before. Just for comparison, the food in prison is Gourmet compared to this place (not exaggerating) - fries were rock hard, pizza fell apart right when you lifted it, donair was a soup full of a sauce gone bad and no meat, and wings were only 1/2 coated with sauce and ice cold. The WORST take out experience I've ever had

A couple of weeks ago, I dove into a donair that was pure deliciousness-I barely came up for air! The meat was fantastic, the pita was on point, and those sauces? Perfection!

Donair was very good...fresh pita/vegetables yummy sauce and flavoured meat...delicious (and of course in true gyro style....really loaded and messy!!!) Rashita was the lovely young lady who served me and she was outstandingly polite and effective as well as proud of her product! I will be back with my family for sure!

Big Johns has been my go to spot for Donairs now for several years. The Donair meat to pita to sauce ratio is perfect, the pita itself is delicious.
