About
Chef Derek Wilkins started his career at Rouge Restaurant working under Chef Mike Dekker. During his three-year term, he worked his way up from prep cook to sous chef. He later worked in multiple venues and was chef de cuisine at Workshop before bringing his fine-dining experience and focus on sustainability to The Wednesday Room.

Amazing food, great ambiance, and excellent service! The place had a great vibe and relaxing. William our waiter he was top notch - he was attentive and provided excellent service through the night.

The basement feels like you've stepped into another era with a strong mid-century vibe: geometric carpets, globe lighting, and exposed stone foundation walls where plaster has been peeled back.

We did a 3 course set menu and wine pairing. We very much enjoyed the food and drinks. William was friendly and an excellent server.
