Wonderful and impeccable place! Glad to see this gem in Calgary's Chinatown. I was in town for the weekend and luckily snagged a reservation at Francine's. This is very rich and very delicious French food. Food, ambience and service were all spot-on. I personally enjoyed the tuna tartare, the pineapple soda, the chicken liver mousse and the signature French toast (though everything was great). The steak was tasty and tender, though the sauce was a tad too salty for my taste. I think the garlic mayo (dipping sauce for the fries) was the best I ever had.

Such a vibe from the moment we walked in ✨ The team had amazing energy and it really set the tone for the whole dining experience. Every dish we tried had spot-on flavours — you can tell a lot of care goes into the food. Timing was impressive too, everything came out quickly without feeling rushed.

Beyond impressed with this place! The cocktails are phenomenal the food sublime, and the resturaunt is so cool! I found myself jealous of all the different dishes passing me by so I know I'll be back to try something new next time. Unfortunately I was so caught up in all the delicious bites that I forgot to take pictures of half of what we ordered! It was too good to wait 😀.

Our experience at Francine’s was one of the best we’ve had in a very long time in Calgary. The food was perfection. It’s a fresh, innovative menu. The halibut cheeks are to die for! If you haven't been here you need to try it. I will definitely be going back.

Unbelievable food experience, fantastic service. Must try steak and frites. I would highly recommend this place.

If I could give this restaurant more than 5 stars, I definitely would!!We've been wanting to try this restaurant for months, and it absolutely lived up to our expectations. From the moment we walked in, the staff were warm, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. The service was attentive without being intrusive, and everyone made us feel well taken care of.As for the food, every dish was beautifully prepared and full of flavor. You can really tell that a lot of care and attention goes into both the ingredients and presentation. Everything we ordered was delicious, and each course left us excited f

We had an amazing dining experience at Francine's! From the moment we arrived, everything was exceptional. The food was absolutely delicious—every dish was full of flavor and beautifully prepared. It's rare to find a restaurant where every part of the meal exceeds expectations, but Francine's did just that.
