My family and I stayed at Element Hotel during Stampede and had dinner here on Sunday, everything was fantastic! Our server Ruby was incredibly attentive and made our experience even better. The view of the city was beautiful, we loved the Stampede inspired cocktails, and the Tomahawk was perfect for sharing with my family of four.

First off, the atmosphere of the restaurant is really nice. The vibe is so relaxing, great design and the tables are spaced a good distance apart so it feels very intimate and private.

The service was amazing great recommendations and good feedback was given on any of the questions that we had. We also had two glasses of Pinot Grigio wine, which paired really well with all of the food that we got. It was a 8 PM reservation and it wasn’t busy for a weekday so it was a perfect ambiance.

The food was divine, with pretty competitive prices for fine dining, they really hit it out of the park. I had the Bison burger and my partner had the fish and chips and we both couldn't finish.

Tuna tartare and cocktails were delicious! We are sad that the smoked trout is no longer in the menu :(

Such a great experience - wish we could have been on the patio - mother nature did not cooperate. Bao buns were fabulous and the rib eye steak was one of the best I have had. It is definitely a dish to share - we could have easily shared it with a third person.

We had a fantastic experience at Bow and Bend. Victoria - the Maître D- was instrumental in making sure that we got an outdoor table for our party of 8. She made sure that everything was perfect for our 2 birthday girls! We got there at 6pm and we were still there at 9:00 to experience the evening vibe.
