Easily the most delicious and quality ramen I’ve had. You can tell everything is made in house, the noodles are fresh, the broth is rich and flavourful, and the staff are awesome.

Large portions and delicious food topped with amazing customer service. As our fist experience here the staff were very accommodating in sharing their knowledge and helping us to make a selection. We chose two different Ramen dishes. Both were exceptional.

Shiki Menya offers an extraordinary culinary experience that dances on the palate with layers of flavor in its broths. The vibrant atmosphere complements the delicious dishes, making it a lively gathering spot for friends. Despite the occasional wait and the loud music, the exceptional ramen, particularly the Chili Goma, keeps me coming back for more.

Shiki Menya offers an incredible ramen experience with broths full of layered flavors and fresh ingredients that rival some of the best ramen I've had anywhere. The lively atmosphere and friendly staff create a fun vibe, though the music can be quite loud, making conversation a bit challenging.

I visited Shiki Menya based on a friend's recommendation and was pleasantly surprised by the delicious ramen. The atmosphere was vibrant and welcoming, making the dining experience enjoyable. The wait was a bit long, but the flavorful Karo Miso Garlic Ramen made it all worth it.

Fantastic jiro kei style ramen they have on their 2025 winter menu. Big portion size and the flavor of the broth is very good. A bit pricy, but absolutely worth it and they are one of the best ramen shops in the city.
