Great spot for Chinese food! There’s a wide variety of dishes on the menu, so it’s perfect for different tastes and group dining. The restaurant is clean and comfortable, and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. Lunch service is also impressively fast — our food came out quickly without a long wait. Would definitely come back!

I recently visited the newest addition to Calgary’s Chinatown, and it’s a gem! Its location right next to the city parking lot makes it incredibly convenient to access.The interior is impressively clean with high-quality furniture. What really stood out was the hospitality; the staff were extremely friendly, and we even had the pleasure of meeting the owner and head chef. We had a great chat about their origins in China, and they were incredibly open to hearing our feedback. We shared both what we loved and some minor critiques, and they were so welcoming of the input. You can really feel their genuine desire to do everything they can to make the food and experience better for their guests.As for the food, the chicken broth and chicken plate are absolute must-haves. Had a fantastic meal here tonight. Food was amazing, the staff are so friendly and cheery. Portions are large and if ordering boiled rice get one between two peopleProbably the best sweet and sour pork I have ever had.

We went to Taste Alley in Chinatown to celebrate my dad’s birthday and it was pretty good. I called to make reservations and pre ordered a fried garlic crab and lobster dish. We also ordered a few appetizers and hot pot. The stir fried intestine was amazing crunchy and delicious. Everything tasted great and was not typical Cantonese style. I think it’s more northern China style with more spice to it which I love. The hot pot was good especially the sliced chicken and silky smooth pig blood. We were treated to 3 bottles of cold infused tea - chrysanthemum, blueberry and cherry blossom which was refreshing. Service was attentive, friendly and helpful.Glad to see something new and tasty in Chinatown.
