Absolutely loved our experience at JINYA Ramen Bar (Macleod South) 🍜🔥The starters were amazing — especially the cucumber salad. It was so good that I honestly feel like I need to try making it at home. Simple, fresh, perfectly balanced flavors done just right.We ordered three different ramens, and surprisingly, the vegetarian ramen was the best one in my opinion. The broth was absolutely incredible — rich, deep, creamy, and full of flavor. You would never guess it was vegetarian. It honestly stole the show.And the desserts… WOW.The matcha tiramisu and mochi were on another level — they genuinely tasted like we were in Japan. Authentic, delicate, not overly sweet, and just perfect. That kind of dessert instantly transports you. 🇯🇵✨Huge shoutout to Tamara and Aidan — they were AMAZING. F

The ramen was absolutely delicious — rich, flavorful broth, perfectly cooked noodles, and fresh ingredients. We absolutely love coming here as a couple; it has such a cozy atmosphere and always feels like the perfect date spot. Great service every time. Can’t wait to come back!

It was our first time here and it was soooo good! The service was excellent, and the staff—especially Chie—was very friendly and managed our orders perfectly. I honestly wish I had ordered the 6-piece Aburi Oshi Salmon Sushi instead of just 3 because it was that good.I’m always on the hunt for authentic Japanese flavors, especially ramen, and you definitely can’t go wrong eating here.Food: 10/10. A must-try! 🍜🍣

We had a few appetizers and ramen which tasted decent. I had the chicken ramen - the broth was okay but the chicken honesty didn’t taste good and just tasted fake/rubbery. We also tried the fried chicken (8/10), the pork bao bun (6/10), and the fries (8/10). They also have this special on game days where you can get a $15 ramen and a few cheap appetizers but they don’t have any TVs in there to actually display the game lol. The service was great and we got all of our food quickly.

The fried chicken is incredible and the serving size of ramen noodles was great.

The whole family ordered ramens while I opted for the tuna tacos and poke bowl. Everyone enjoyed their meals, the service was fast and super friendly.

some of the best ramen i ever ever ever had, and most certainly the best place in calgary. they have a few vegan options which is great! Jinya ramen bar is a very nice restaurant wich has 3 vegan ramen dishes and some vegan sidedishes.
