The starters were amazing — especially the cucumber salad. It was so good that I honestly feel like I need to try making it at home. Simple, fresh, perfectly balanced flavors done just right.

The vegetarian ramen was the best one in my opinion. The broth was absolutely incredible — rich, deep, creamy, and full of flavor. You would never guess it was vegetarian.

The matcha tiramisu and mochi were on another level — they genuinely tasted like we were in Japan. Authentic, delicate, not overly sweet, and just perfect.

A perfect place. I really love the Ramen and ice cream here. I visited with my dear friend and we really enjoyed it. I love Stella and all of staff they’re really friendly and kind.

The whole family ordered ramens while I opted for the tuna tacos and poke bowl. Everyone enjoyed their meals, the service was fast and super friendly.

some of the best ramen i ever ever ever had, and most certainly the best place in calgary. they have a few vegan options which is great! Jinya ramen bar is a very nice restaurant wich has 3 vegan ramen dishes and some vegan sidedishes.
