It’s a small, cozy spot with a counter and just three tables—very much a hidden gem. The chef/owner was super friendly and even came by to say hello, which made the whole experience really pleasant.

I think this has been one of the best Japanese restaurants our family has been to in Calgary. Its unique menu and the dishes were out of the world.

The scallop carpaccio was buttery and beautifully seasoned. Each nigiri had its own incredible texture; the tamago was unlike others I've had in both flavor and thickness.

Absolutely extraordinary food and service. We did our best to make our way through about half of the menu with a large group. Every dish was beautiful.

Had a fantastic experience at Curtis Creek Japanese Cuisine a couple of weeks ago. Tetsu and his team were wonderful, menu is diverse, food was amazing, and we look forward to returning.
