Our story
At Wok & Co, the wok is the heart of our kitchen: it represents the fire, motion, and essential breath of the pan that define high-heat cooking. The “& Co” reflects everything around that flame—our people, diverse cultures, slow-built sauces, and carefully selected sides that come together for a complete, craveable experience.We were born from thirty years of culinary passion and a simple vision: to bring the vibrant spirit of Pan-Asian kitchens into a modern, approachable space. Our globally inspired food is grounded in Alberta ingredients, while our cooking respects traditional techniques and balances sweet, sour, salty, spicy, and umami flavours. We aim to deliver speed, freshness, consistency, and value in a setting where guests can enjoy food straight from the flame or take the experience home.

RodWe stopped in for their Grand Opening and it is a great addition of unique asian fusion cuisine to Edmonton Trail! They have a unique menu with lots of different offerings from thai and japanese cusine to chinese fusion. The service was fantastic and the staff were not only attentive but extremely friendly as soon as we walked in. Our favorite dish was the malaysian fried chicken. It was flavourful, crunchy and the chicken was juicey and tender inside. Unfortunately the khao soi and peking duck pizza missed the mark for us. The flavours were very mild and the ramen and pizza were too soft. It might be the intention of the dishes to appeal to a wider audience, but I think the flavours are playing it quite safe. I expected a restaurant with the wok as a theme, to boast bold and fiery flavour
Yuliia DI was pleasantly surprised by this restaurant. The interior is beautiful, the menu is well thought out, and the food is definitely on a high level. From the outside, it doesn’t look very promising, but we love trying new places—and this one turned out to be a great find.We will definitely be coming back and becoming regular guests because the food is truly delicious. In Calgary, it’s actually not that easy to find places with really good noodles, and this spot stands out.The kitchen looks clean, and the staff is very attentive and friendly, which made the whole experience even better.The only thing I personally feel is missing is draft beer and a great happy hour, but overall, it’s still an excellent place that I highly recommend.
Eric and Jen MorrisonThe food is so yummy and so are the cocktails (yuzu basil gin drink was very good). A great dinner that the whole 3 generations of the family loved. Drunken dumplings, fries, tuna tartar, unagi fried rice, Panang curry and apple pie spring rolls were my favourite. Everything was so good. My kids didn’t love the ramen after being in Japan… I don’t think they understood the “fusion” concept and it wasn’t what they were expecting.The giant fortune cookie dessert was interesting… good for the kids but the crème brulee and apple pie spring rolls were better in my opinion.
MariThe service was absolutely amazing! First time coming by here today and I was absolutely blown away the lobster Rangoon wontons were sooo good and everyone was so kind. We got our food really quickly and everything was made fresh. Will definitely be coming again!

Everything served piping hot, as it should be.They have been open for a couple weeks and celebrating their Grand Opening today.Proudly owned by the same family/chef that brought us the Namo Bistro just down the road. You definitely can't go wrong here.So happy to have a new spot for dinner, especially one with the same chef that created the menu for Namo. 🙂We need to go back soon and try more dishes 😀
