I have always loved this place and we were regular customers. However, tonight was a major disappointment. Since I am pregnant, I placed a delivery order and specifically added notes IN ALL CAPS to every single roll, requesting strict food safety protocols to avoid any contact with raw fish, including the use of a clean knife and mat (makisu). I even ordered a Philadelphia roll without salmon for the same reason. It feels as though my request was deliberately ignored. While it might be possible to miss a single note, it is absolutely impossible to overlook the exact same instruction repeated five times throughout the entire order. As a chef myself, I find this level of negligence unacceptable. I know first-hand that accommodating dietary restrictions and safety requests is not difficult—it

Rolls were fresh, big and rice was even still warm! Made well and Good amount for what you pay. Service was very fast! Very cute little area but nothing fancy. I would get sushi from here again if in the area. :) kawaii

We ordered an order through Uber Eats. I noted on mine gluten free. It came with fried onion and seaweed salad which is usually not gluten free at other restaurants. I wanted to call to make sure it was gluten free before eating, as it’s an allergy, however, after calling 14 times between myself & my coworker, not once was the phone answered. As my lunch hour is now over and I haven’t been able to clarify that it was made gluten free, I was unable to eat it.My coworkers said their food was really good and were happy with their orders, however, I wish their service was better so I could have enjoyed mine aswell.

The poke bowl here is the best! Staff is very warm and welcoming. Bubble tea is also awesome!
