I ordered the Cowboy’s Omelette ($24), and it absolutely delivered. Packed with Alberta braised bison, maple bacon, mushrooms, and smoked gouda, every bite was rich and full of flavor.

Cheryl is very professional. She made us feel comfortable as if we were at home. We trusted her with breakfast suggestion and my wife loved it.

A very relaxed atmosphere, great service and delicious food. The menu had some really interesting main choices, I settled on a bison sirloin. It was delicious, portions were generous.

Nice décor without having too many tables. Really welcoming staff. I tried the beer fleet which was 4 small glasses of beer and the waiter was very informative of the beers.

We had pre dinner drinks since we were staying in the hotel. Found seats in front of the fireplace. Lovely atmosphere although I will say the couches were a little low for us old folks! She helped us choose our drinks and offered samples to make sure we would enjoy what we ordered.

For NYE, my friends and I spent our last few hours of 2024 at Shoe and Canoe before we headed to the fireworks on Prince's Island. I ordered the Cast Away ($16), Pesto Gnocchi Pomodoro ($24) and the Red Sangria ($19). As for the cast away, that was amazing. I could have drank 2 more of those.
