I finally had the chance to try Protein Lounge and it did not disappoint! I ordered the Strawberry Bae smoothie and the chicken bowl, both were absolutely delicious. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and filling. The owner is amazing. I’m so glad I stopped by, and it feels great to support a local business that puts so much care into what they do. I’ll definitely be back!

Let me preface this by saying I am picky with places that advertise itself as a healthy food option.I first visited about 1hr and 40mins after they opened and wanted to try the ahi tuna but they were already out, so I had the beef bowl. My hubby got one of their burgers, we shared baked yam fries and we tried the strawberry bae smoothie.My hubby found the burger tasted very average. I didn’t think my bowl looked too good but I was surprised by the flavour; it was quite nice. The yam fries were baked so that was a nice change. The smoothie tasted nice, but far too sweet for my taste buds. I think dates are overkill in one that’s already got fruit and no veg in it. Overall we rated the food somewhere around a 3.7- part of this is because I believe all the sauces that would have been on my bo

From the moment we walked in, the owner greeted us with such warmth and genuine friendliness that it immediately set the tone for an enjoyable experience.The decor and design of the restaurant felt open and airy, highlighted by a unique white-washed paint job I haven’t seen anywhere else. I thought this was just a protein shake at first but I tried out the meals and it was very good. First I had the chicken bowl which was very good and made of high quality ingredients, next I had the protein burger that was amazing also. Clean store and friendly staff. My new go to for eating out. I always like supporting local businesses as well.
