Had a pleasant experience at Alloy.Didn’t visit this place for years, but it was same good experience as it was many years ago!Shrimp tempura was amazing, beef brisket was good, duck was also good but we didn’t like the sauce and the side vegetables.Overall experience was great, will be back again

Alloy is an exceptional dining experience from start to finish. The ambiance is warm and inviting, the service is top-notch, and the wine menu is impressive with something for every palate. I highly recommend going with a group or someone who likes to share, as the best way to enjoy Alloy is by ordering a variety of dishes and sampling them all.The starters were standouts — the beef tartar was perfectly seasoned, the pork belly was rich and tender, and the Thai lobster salad was refreshing with just the right balance of spice and citrus. The service was outstanding. The food was great, but the desert was a bit disappointing. The atmosphere was great, but the design of the couch circular seats were a bit inconvenient, as you had to scoot out of the seats everytime you had to leave. The tomato soup was outstanding and was my favourite part of the meal. I will most likely be back.

The starters were standouts — the beef tartar was perfectly seasoned, the pork belly was rich and tender, and the Thai lobster salad was refreshing with just the right balance of spice and citrus.

After we ordered our drinks a lovely complimentary appetizer of hummus and olives was served…very yummy. For starters two ordered different salads which they raved about. My husband and I each had the Tempura Shrimp.

Very interesting cocktails - I had one with gin and beet juice…excellent. I started with the prawns and the king salmon was my main; my dining companion had the watermelon salad followed by the short ribs.

Seven of us went to celebrate son graduating Uni. High End, classy place with modern decor. Top notch service hence the prices. Great food & drinks.

Chef Rogelio designed our 5 course tasting menu and they were all delicious. So much so that I’ll be making this request regularly.

Like Bonterra, Alloy has an amazing patio that is intimate and bright. But we were there in the Fall and the evening too cool. Our server, David, was terrific.
