We celebrated my husband's fiftieth birthday here and it was phenomenal! The service was excellent and the food was unbelievably good. The amuse bouche off cotton candy encased foie gras was a delight to the tastebuds. Everything was perfectly cooked on the surf and turf platter and my husband commented that the accompanying agnolini was the best pasta we've ever had outside of Italy. The playing was playful and the potted plant tiramisu was perfectly decadent! We will definitely go back and you should definitely go!

Lovely Atmosphere & Great FlavoursWent to Vero Bistro Moderne on a double date after my girlfriend insisted it was a must-visit. It’s a small, quaint spot with a cozy vibe. Unfortunately, the drink she raved about was unavailable that night, so hopefully next time!The surf and turf ordered by my girlfriend and her husband was very generous,definitely a large portion for two. My boyfriend had the hand made tortellini pasta, and I ordered the lamb, which was absolutely delicious, though the portion was quite small for the price point.We were pleasantly surprised with complimentary fried zucchini appetizers before our meals, which was a nice touch. Like many, we’re used to strong truffle flavors from chips or other products, but our knowledgeable server explained that real black truffle is about its aroma—something to appreciate like wine. That insight made the experience even more enjoyable.Service was excellent. Even though we only ordered a few dishes to share with friends, the team stayed attentive throughout—my water glass was never empty, even after we paid. A very cute tucked away restaurant with a nice fining dining atmosphere without the massive price tag.We started our dinner off with the Burrata and the House Made Chips. The Burrata was incredible, with amazing cheese and tomato's with great fresh bread. We had to order another thing of bread to enjoy it all! The chips where amazing as well with a good crunch and flavour.For our main's we had the Buccatini and Sweet Gnocchi. Both were good but a little too rich with the Buccatini being drenched in cheese and the Gnocchi in oil. The flavours were nice but a little less rich would have been better.However, the dessert redeemed it! We had the Mocha Tiramisu which was one of the best I've had. Like many, we’re used to strong truffle flavors from chips or other products, but our knowledgeable server explained that real black truffle is about its aroma—something to appreciate like wine.

The highlight of the evening was definitely the truffle arancini—perfectly crispy on the outside, creamy and flavorful on the inside, with just the right amount of truffle that elevated the dish without overpowering it.

Wonderful dinner for my birthday. Had a great experience. The ambience was lovely and Jody was an excellent host. I have food allergies which she checked on in advance and provided alternative options because of my allergies.

This was our third visit to Vero Bistro and was definitely the best. We shared a gigantic surf and turf platter and were shocked by the sheer amount of food that we were served. Steak, lamb, lobster, pasta, frites, salad and grilled vegetables all cooked to perfection.

Our server, Riley, was incredibly attentive and friendly, enthusiastically recommending the exact cocktail I was seeking, which turned out to be perfectly crafted. The food arrived promptly, steaming and beautifully presented, and was remarkably delicious, exceeding our expectations.

Our kids took us here to celebrate our 20th anniversary. It was amazing the food was excellent. Escargot so much flavor, forgot what the next appetizer was called but it was risotto balls with cheese. Our kids favorite it was good. But my favorite was the appetizer lamb skewer, wow flavor amazing.

My wife took me here for my birthday. It was an excellent experience from start to finish. The place was cozy, not too noisy and parking was easy to find. The waitress, Mary, who was great btw introduced us to a complimentary hors d'oeuvres of fois Gras wrapped in cotton candy.

The food was absolutely incredible, and the cozy, intimate atmosphere made the evening feel really special. We chose the family-style set meal, which was beautifully paced, well balanced, and offered generous portions that left us more than satisfied.
