Our story
We are a downtown Calgary restaurant serving authentic Punjabi and North Indian cuisine at 915 6 Ave SW. Named after the iconic city of Chandigarh in Punjab, India, we bring the taste of Chandigarh to Calgary with fresh ingredients, time-honoured cooking techniques, and bold flavours.Our menu combines traditional curries, tandoori specialties, dum biryanis, Indo-Chinese dishes, fresh naan and paranthas, plus pizza, donairs, burgers, wraps, and bubble tea. We offer dine-in, takeout, delivery, catering, and late-night service for guests looking for a warm, convenient dining experience in the city centre.

Umar KhanI really enjoy coming to this place, the atmosphere is always welcoming and has a great vibe. I ordered the Chole Bhature, and it was absolutely delicious! The bhature were perfectly fluffy and crisp, and the chole had the right balance of flavors. The portion size was generous and very satisfying. Definitely one of my go-to spots when I’m craving authentic and tasty food. Highly recommend!

The food was exceptionally tasty with well-tempered spices, combining a balance of flavours redolent of Punjab. The portions were generous as was the hospitality of the owner. The service was prompt & efficient. Loved the experience. Highly recommended for a taste of home.
Steven PeplinskiThis was the worst so called donair I have ever experienced. Drenched and soaked in a weak flavourless thin sauce. Chicken was mostly unseasoned - maybe salt and pepper but that’s it. Asked for all the veggies. Got pickles, banana peppers and a few tomatoes. Lettuce? Nope. Onions. ? NopeWhat was good- lots of chicken. Dry flavourless chicken.
Mann KaurHad Amritsari kulcha and paneer paronthe here, and both were absolutely delicious. Authentic flavors, perfectly cooked, and served hot. The staff was friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. Definitely a must-visit spot in Calgary for anyone craving real Indian food!
Vimal KeerthiOverall a nice place tucked in a corner in downtown. It was right near the hotel I was staying at and they had value for money options. My fave was the Amritsari Kulcha, Dal and Kadhi Pakoda. The butter chicken was alright, wasn’t too impressed with it.
