I got the Sate Beef Rice Noodle Soup and it was delicious! I usually get takeout because there's not much seating but this time we sat down. There's a kiosk now which is nice to see all the menu items.

Although the food (I've only gotten to try the sub and rice dish) was not traditional Vietnamese food, it was still pretty good and very filling, especially for the price, making this place amazing for the value

You order via screen so the employees can worry about cooking (you can still talk to them if you have dietary restrictions or issues so they dont ignore you or anything). Excellent food at an insanely good value, the pictured meal was $8.50 and so huge i couldn't finish it in one sitting.

What a hidden gem. Absolutely looking to come back here again. The food was phenomenal tasting, came out nice and hot and the price is perfect. Really good authentic subs.

I've been coming to this spot for many years and it's been around longer than I've lived nearby. This spot has come in clutch when I needed it, even at the last second at times which I'm super grateful for.

I love this place! I've been going there for years specifically for their pork spring rolls and the best wor wonton in the city! The family there is so great! They always go above and beyond, which is evidenced by the line ups at lunchtime. Highly recommend them! 5 stars from me!

Vegan black pepper tofu sub!!! Super good. They also have a vegan satay sub option.

So delicious! Just specify vegan and there are two tofu options (no butter and no mayo) Super nice folks working here. Great prices

Service is 100%. Just write Vegan in the box to make sure, but flavour, portion size and VALUE is everything at this place. 10/10

This is my go-to spot for affordable takeout in the city, a rarity nowadays with rising prices elsewhere. The service is incredibly friendly. The black pepper tofu sub is my favourite (though I order it without carrots as they taste odd to me).
