I didn't know that when I asked for extra sauce that the burger would come drowned in it. I asked for extra sauce on both burgers I ordered, but got over triple the sauce on one and none on the other. So much sauce that I had to scrape it off to make it edible. Total waste of money and gross to eat. First and last time eating at this location.

HonestlyI have lived in mission for almost 10 years.My wife, myself and kids have lived from Vancouver to mission. We used the love going to white spot but we cannot go to that location any longer. Update: The reply is pointless. The website doesn't work. In short this restaurant will take your money and serve you crap with absolutely no regard for customers.This is the $5 fruit salad.Had to cook the hash browns, they were raw and in the frying pan so no picture.This is my son's strawberry and whip cream waffle??? They forgot the toppings. Waffle is nearly brunt if not overcooked and dry anyways.The sandwich was correct.Also ordered eggs over easy and got scrambledNo condiments for toast...Bill was over $80 for 3 unhappy people .Total crap.Absolute crap, manager was dispondant and hard to understand.

Update Dec 18:Since my initial review I spoke with Emily regarding my concerns. She promptly rectified the situation and invited me back down. I've been working a ton so haven't had time until today.Tonight I went in with my mom brother and sister after a family celebration of life.I ordered the fish and chips with fries extra tartar and gravy on the side. I also ordered the salted caramel brownie milkshake.My meal and drink were absolutely delicious. I finished nearly everything except some fries. I had more than enough tartar at the end but did use most of it. Gravy could have used some more flavor but I threw some salt and pepper and it was fine. Waitress didn't listen to order for drinks correctly. Food came not as ordered, twice! then took away said that they'll take off and did I need anything else. YES, my dinner. Only brought back half my dinner and said oops oh well. Terrible service 3rd time in 3 months. Need better management.

Had a wonderful meal, and our server was amazing. Our service dog was welcomed and treated with respect. We will be frequently having meals here Thank you staff, for making our visit so nice. UPDATE : Went back for another meal. Taylor was our server again. Great food, awesome server. Next time you have opportunity, Do yourself a favor and go to white spot, get Taylor as your server, and enjoy an amazing time and meal. Thank you White spot for another great time. I go here for the fish and chips yummy and really like their tartar sauce. Also had fries with gravy. I love my coleslaw however this time it was a bit dry and could have used more dressing. However the tasty fish and tartar sauce makes up for it.
