Came here with my family to celebrate Father’s Day and had an amazing experience. The ambiance and service were top-notch! We felt so well taken care of all evening.The Vancouver Island mussels were perfectly cooked, incredibly flavourful, and huge! The sablefish was excellent, and the hot seafood platter was a massive hit with the whole family. The lasagna was also fantastic, we are still talking about it!Everything we ordered was delicious. Great food, great service, and a wonderful atmosphere. We absolutely loved this place and will definitely be back! ❤️

Knowing that this was the "sequel" to The Story in Richmond, I knew this restaurant would be an immediate favourite. It did not disappoint.We showed up at the tail end of brunch. Everything was sooo tasty. The shrimp cocktail was a bit too salty for me. Other than that, everything was 💯. The fried chicken eggs benny was the most flavourful chicken I've ever had. And the birthday cheescake was the perfect end to wrap up the whole meal experience.The ambiance was warm, dark, and inviting. Love the navy blue, gold, and dark tan theme. The music was jazz and crooner-era. Wonderfully romantic.Will be returning for sure.

We came here for dinner and had a great time.Food:4/5 we ordered the clam chowder, salmon burger and duck salad. All were tasty.Service: 5/5 great service from our server who was attentativeAtmosphere: 5/5 nice vibe to the placeA relative introduced me to the place. It's located on West Georgia with a super busy intersection. Parking is a big challenge.

I cant stress enough how good my experience was. I was visiting from Dubai with my friend. Alicia was the waitress who welcomed us as we entered without reservation in the last hour before the restaurant closes. She was SO friendly and we chatted so much. She helped me a lot with my food restrictions giving that I am muslim. The Crab Guacamole dip with truffle chips was to die for. The Mushroom Truffle pasta was So good. I added the Lobster tale as a side which was amazing (AND Affordable!!) My friend enjoyed his Burrata salad that he had to order another one and he absolute loved the beef cheeks. we recommended the restaurant to this sweet couple we met at the hotel and they day after they kept telling us how dangerously good this restaurant is. Found this place on Google. I came on a Sunday morning around 8:30 a.m., and there were no customers yet, so it was very quiet and relaxing. It’s located on a street corner and the space isn’t very big, but the music created a really nice atmosphere. The staff were warm, friendly, and attentive.I ordered the duck confit hash, and it was absolutely delicious. The potatoes were perfectly crispy, and the duck leg was tender and flavorful — such a perfect combination. Highly recommend! 😊

I tried their special prime rib menu and it was amazing, and my girlfriend had the beef Wellington. The service was great despite how busy it was, with a really good vibe overall.

Amazing food and chill atmosphere! The Sequel has a nice menu with vegeterian options, burgers, french and italian food. A good mix for picky eaters!

The bartender(s) here are very friendly and can make you just about any drink (even if it's not on the menu). The drink names are quite funny as well.

Excellent food! Fresh oysters, the scallops ceviche was delicious, tuna steak, beef cheek just perfect, and the crepe Suzette for dessert was a lovely surprise!

Ordered the Egg in Purgatory and coffee for Brunch. Sat at the bar since they didn't have seats without reservations. Staff were friendly and gave us some recommendations.
